We just checked in to a home we rented and had an amazing experience! Our property we rented wasn’t available on the day of rental due to an issue that arose during their inspection prior to our arrival and they promptly notified us and gave us options for three other properties to choose from. We lucked out because they allowed us a to rent a much nicer property at the same rate as our initial property! There was high touch points by the rental company to ensure we had a seamless arrival! Great condo, especially for the price. Clean, well equipped, and comfortable, only a short walk from the beach. They provide each unit a cart with beach chairs and other beach items which was a nice touch. The pool area is very inviting and functional. Stores and restaurants nearby. The only negatives are some traffic noise when you're outside, and noise from upstairs neighbors scooting chairs, etc. on the tile floors. Would definitely stay here again, though!
The property (High Tide) is absolutely gorgeous and helped us feel like we were living in a dream! The house is decorated so beautifully. We were in the area for a court hearing to finalize our daughter’s adoption. We stayed here with our families, and it was the perfect place to celebrate! The host and management company were very responsive and easy to work with. The house is equipped with so many things to help make your stay more enjoyable (beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc). All the balconies/decks and the pool area made relaxing easy and kept the kids entertained! We had a blast and my entire family wants to come again in the future!

We have stayed for a week in Siesta Key during the winter for the past 2 years, and the "Fins up" property was the best experience we ever had so far. I highly recommend it and you can not beat the location with the beach only 50 yards away and the village (bars, restaurants, shops, etc.) just 200 yards away. We will stay there again for sure!
We were a family of 4 - 2 adult couples - looking for a last minute 2 bed/1 bath on Siesta Key after Easter - found Siesta Key Inn online - based on location, photos, amenities, pool, we booked it and service and response was excellent. Our unit wasn’t ready until 5PM so our checkout was extended to 11AM but we decided to stay another night! Wonderful location, walking distance to Captain Carl’s corner - other spots. Sidewalk the whole way. Quick walk to the beach entrance at the end of the street. Comfortably warm pool. Quiet. Loved the screened porch overlooking the pool. High end washer/dryer. Large kitchen with everything you need. Small market down the street. Don’t wait to book!
Surf View is a great property with a fabulous location! 2 minutes to the beach or village. All bedrooms except the bunk room have en-suites but the bathroom is directly across and very large. Nice size pool and hot tub, two living room areas, plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Great deck off of the kitchen. Siesta Key Luxury Rentals was very easy to deal with. They responded very quickly to any questions or issue that we had especially as we were there over a holiday. Would recommend both the property and Siesta Key Luxury Rentals.
